THE NEAT REVIEW LTD accepts returned Products in perfect unopened and unused condition. For the avoidance of doubt, books, products and playing cards may not be returned if the seal is broken.
Products must be shipped back no later than 15 days from Delivery. Returned items must be shipped using a carrier providing tracking information. Proof of delivery to THE NEAT REVIEW LTD must be provided before any refunds will be issued.
THE NEAT REVIEW LTD will not cover any costs related to returning Products purchased at the Website. Refunds are issued no later than 7 business days after items are returned to THE NEAT REVIEW LTD.
